We are seeking a highly motivated, honest, and enthusiastic Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team at RockBox Fitness. As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will be responsible for making up to 100 phone calls per shift to leads provided by the studio, with the goal of driving membership sales.

Responsibilities:

Make up to 100 phone calls per shift to leads provided by the studio. Educate potential members about our fitness studio's classes and benefits, and encourage them to sign up for a membership. Follow up with leads and track progress in our CRM system. Manage social media (Instagram and Facebook posts) Welcome and check-in members as they arrive at the studio. Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns members may have. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and studio space. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and successful member experience.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls per shift. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficient in using CRM systems and other software tools. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.
