Job Description

Location - Northwest Lubbock New Home Center (6402 19th St) Role Overview The New Home Associate serves families by guiding them through the home buying journey and supporting the sales process from first visit to close. This role partners closely with the New Home Specialist (lead sales team member) to convert prospects into homeowners, while also taking appointments, managing communication, and assisting with follow-up and post-agreement details. Core Functions Partner with the New Home Sales Specialist supporting with the full sales process. Maintain accurate and timely CRM communication. Provide exceptional post-agreement support, ensuring homebuyers receive timely updates & next steps. Build & strengthen relationships with Realtors; keep them informed on updates, inventory, and incentives. Create and share engaging social media content that tells the Betenbough story, promotes available homes, and reflects our mission and values. Participate actively in team training, coaching resources, and role-play sessions to grow confidence, skill, and knowledge of the Betenbough Homes process. Support quarterly sales events - such as realtor events, homebuyer events, open houses, etc. Represent Betenbough Homes in the community. Pursue continuous innovation in the customer and sales experience. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium and high pitch. Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist. Frequent walking on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, rock, etc.). Must have a current and valid driver's license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance. Ability to lift 5 - 20 pounds. Hours and Schedule Average 40 hours per week (9am-6pm, Tuesday - Saturday with occasional Mondays). Lunch meetings are occasionally required. Minimal travel required for company events and inter-region collaboration. After hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips, events, or to meet deadlines.
