Experience in inside sales, construction, or industrial products preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and ERP systems. Solid understanding of sales processes, business math, and inventory control. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty. Support sales of commercial doors, frames, hardware, and security solutions to contractors and commercial clients. Gather customer requirements and act as a liaison between sales, engineering, production, and purchasing teams. Respond to customer inquiries, provide pricing and quotations, and manage order placement and follow-up. Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and market research. Prepare accurate material take-offs and project estimates for commercial projects. Provide technical support to drafting and engineering teams as needed. Process orders and maintain accurate data in ERP systems and CRM tools. Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure on-time project completion.
