We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manufactured Housing Sales Representative with a strong focus on Facebook and social media advertising . This role centers on generating leads, engaging with prospective homebuyers online, and converting digital interest into successful home sales. The ideal candidate is confident with social media, skilled in customer communication, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced sales environment. Experience in sales, customer service, or military service is a plus, along with an understanding of digital marketing, pricing strategies, and upselling techniques. Duties Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and social media ads to generate high‑quality leads for manufactured home sales. Engage with online prospects through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and other platforms to build relationships and convert inquiries into appointments. Promote and sell manufactured homes by presenting features, benefits, financing options, and community details tailored to each buyer's needs. Produce social media content such as photos, videos, walkthroughs, and posts to showcase available homes and drive engagement. Follow up with leads through CRM tools, messaging, calls, and email to maintain an active and organized sales pipeline. Conduct virtual and in‑person home tours , ensuring a professional and informative experience. Assist customers with pricing inquiries, home selections, and upselling options such as upgrades or add‑on features. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead sources , especially from social media platforms. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Stay informed on manufactured housing inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide up‑to‑date information to buyers. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields ; military background is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to present homes, explain features, and negotiate effectively. Familiarity with Facebook advertising, social media marketing, and online lead generation . Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and customer‑focused sales approaches. Excellent organizational skills for managing leads, follow‑ups, schedules, and digital content. Ability to create engaging social media content and respond promptly to online inquiries. Basic math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and profit margins. Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and strong customer service standards.
