HOW TO SUCCEED AND SOME RESPONSIBILITIES
Have a charismatic personality! "Wellness Program" sales Achieving sales goals Leading a relaxing but engaging guest experience (you are their host) Phone call etiquette Keeping a clean work environment Maintaining open communication with leadership and the team Have accountability and be reliable Strong work ethic Initiative and problem solving skills Follow all clinic procedures & daily duties Having a professional appearance & demeanor Detail oriented Desire to succeed!
Commission Structure:
Monthly commission : 1-5 memberships: $5 per membership 6-15 memberships: $10 per membership 16-24 memberships: $20 per membership 25+ memberships: $30 per membership Additional bi-weekly commission : Sell 8 memberships: $1 raise for hours worked Sell 16 memberships: $2 raise for hours worked To thrive in this role, bring your charismatic personality and sales drive.
