Job Description

Inside Sales Representative Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00/hour
Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire Meador/Openwork is hiring an experienced Inside Sales Representative for a fast-paced oil and gas company. This role supports sales operations through quote preparation, order processing, customer communication, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales orders Maintain customer records, pricing sheets, and sales logs Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams Review purchase orders and customer specifications Support outside sales representatives with administrative tasks Track shipments and delivery schedules Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Requirements:
5+ years of office, administrative, customer service, or inside sales experience Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong Adobe Acrobat/PDF editing experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Experience working with technical documents and pricing sheets preferred If interested and qualified, please APPLY NOW and on our website at www.meador.com.
