KP Staffing Carrollton is now hiring business development associates for a company that manufactures recycling electronics in Mckinney, Tx! Job Summary The business development associate will support the business development team by managing client acquisition, partnership development, and service expansion projects. This role coordinates cross-functional initiatives, prepares quotations, expands e-waste collection networks, and supports ESG efforts such as carbon footprint reduction. Pay $20-25 per hour DOE Shift 1st shift: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday Duties Manage client acquisition activities Support partnership development and service expansion projects Coordinate cross-functional initiatives Prepare quotations Expand e-waste collection networks Lead ESG efforts such as carbon footprint reduction Support sustainability and operational efficiency initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt and stay flexible in a dynamic sales environment Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred Advanced Excel skills Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds Drive to continuously identify areas for improvement and deliver results Recycling, manufacturing, or similar work experience preferred Job Type Contract To Hire How to Apply Start by submitting your resume
