You should have:
Prior retail automotive sales experience (required) Positive winning attitude and desire to succeed Confidence and competence in negotiation, closing, and handling customer concerns Strong work ethic, possess integrity and a competitive mindset Excellent communication and customer engagement skills A desire to earn $100K+ and build a long-term career with a stable family-owned organization Strong customer service mindset and genuine care for changing customers lives A commitment to working weekends, evenings and holiday events A professional appearance and communication A willingness to participate in ongoing professional sales development training A clean & valid drivers license Successfully pass pre-employment screening and drug test Driven and motivated to be a part of and contribute to our journey to deliver the Pat Lobb Toyota experience to over a 1,000 satisfied customers every month throughout DFW, Texas and coast to coast! What You'll Do Execute the full 12 Steps of the Sale from Meet & Greet to Delivery Deliver compelling walk-arounds, demos, and test drives Use CRM tools to track, follow up, and convert leads Work deals with management to maximize gross and close efficiently Create an exceptional customer experience that drives referrals and repeat business Why Toyota?
