Who We Are:
The Processing Depot has been family owned and operated since its inception in 2014, and we are looking to add 4 brand new faces to our Lead Generation Division! We are literally only a few desks away from being completely full in this particular department due to the popularity of the position, the pay structure, and the hours we ask our employees to work. Simply Put, we go the extra mile for our employees, and in turn, we ask them to keep working hard, and that is what makes the true difference between our reps and everyone else.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage prospects and build rapport.
- Research and identify target markets and industries to focus on for lead generation.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and outcomes.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive abilities .
- Ability to close with potential clients...if you don't ask, don't expect results.
- Proficient in using CRM software .
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
- Our pay structure includes a
BASE PAY
(HOURLY), COMMISSION
PAY BASED ON PERFORMANCE METRICS, AS WELL AS DIFFERENT BONUS ELEMENTS THAT WILL ROTATE AND CHANGE REGULARLY.
- We will review the specifics during your interview, and we will do our best to answer your questions!
Schedule:
- Our employees work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 3:00 PM, and it includes a mandatory 30-minute lunch break.
- Employees will never work evenings, weekends, nor holidays!!
