We're looking for Sales Associates who are passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and earning an exceptional income in a supportive and high-performance environment. What You'll Do:
Develop relationships with our customers Listen to our customers and help find their dream RV Present and demonstrate inventory Understand and implement the dealership sales process Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to delivery) Create and execute strategies for increasing market share Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications through daily training Follow-up with customers, including past customers To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work Saturdays . What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, or similar a plus!)
