Butler Industries is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and grow client relationships in the Midland/Odessa SE New Mexico-Carlsbad, Loving, etc. regions. This role focuses on selling facility services and staffing solutions to commercial and industrial clients, including companies in the oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors. Our services help companies streamline operations by providing professional janitorial services, facility maintenance, administrative support staffing, and hybrid facility solutions tailored to each client's needs. This is a relationship driven B2B sales role ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, meeting with decision makers, and closing long-term service contracts. What You'll Be Selling Our services include: Commercial janitorial services Facility maintenance and light repairs On-site staffing (janitorial, maintenance, administrative assistants, and facility personnel) Facility consulting Hybrid facility staffing solutions that combine multiple roles into one efficient service These solutions help companies reduce vendors, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality facilities. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Midland/Odessa, SE New Mexico-Carlsbad, Loving etc. market Prospect and meet with facility managers, operations managers, and business owners Present Butler Industries services and solutions to potential clients Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Assist in preparing proposals and close service contracts Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity Represent Butler Industries professionally in the field Qualifications 2+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred Experience selling services to industrial, energy, or commercial businesses is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive base salary High earning potential for motivated sales professionals Opportunity to grow with a fast growing facility services company Support from an experienced operations and service team The ability to build long-term client relationships in the Permian Basin market Work Location Midland/Odessa Texas, SE New Mexico-Carlsbad, Loving, and surrounding areas.
