Position:
Sales Representative Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling HELI forklifts and related equipment and services within the assigned territory. You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identify client needs, and provide tailored solutions to support their operational success.Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Consultative Selling:
Assess customer needs, conduct product demonstrations, and present HELI forklift solutions that align with their operational requirements.Quoting & Negotiation:
Prepare accurate proposals, deliver competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including service and support, to ensure seamless customer experience and post-sale satisfaction.Market Awareness:
Stay informed about HELI forklifts, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.Sales Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the forklift, material handling, or industrial/automotive equipment industry.Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.Problem-Solving Ability:
Analytical mindset to identify customer challenges and develop effective solutions.Self-Motivation:
Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.Travel Requirement:
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.Licensing:
