Job Description

Venue Sales Specialist - Walters Hospitality Are you an energetic, go-getter who thrives on surpassing goals and leaves a trail of success in your wake? If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you as a Venue Sales Specialist! As a Venue Sales Specialist , you'll be the driving force behind our company's success, using your dynamic personality and client-centric approach to book out our remarkable portfolio of venues. We're seeking a highly motivated individual with successful closing skills and a track record of achieving exceptional results. Your ability to analyze client needs, build rapport, and conquer any challenge that comes your way will make you a valuable asset to our team!
What You'll Do:
Command the
Sales Process:
Manage lead-generated sales cycles, from rapid responses to inquiries to securing signed contracts Engage with
Charm:
Utilize your excellent communication skills via email, phone, and text to connect with potential clients and build relationships
Persistent Follow-up:
Continuously engage with potential couples, ensuring their inquiries are addressed and guiding them to a decision
Conduct Captivating Tours:
Lead potential clients on inspiring property tours, showcasing the unique magic of our venues
Master Negotiation :
Employ your persistence and negotiation skills to finalize contracts and exceed client expectations
Achieve Sales Metrics:
Consistently meet and exceed designated sales goals by effectively managing and converting leads Travel as
Needed:
Visit various venues within the region to enhance client experiences.
Craft Flawless Contracts:
Prepare contracts with precision, collect payments, and secure initial signatures
Maintain Records:
Keep detailed records of daily sales activities in our CRM system to ensure no opportunity is missed
Delight Clients:
Provide exceptional verbal and written communication to ensure a seamless experience for clients
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience 2+ years sales experience, strongly preferred from hospitality, leisure/travel, IT, or healthcare Proven experience and track record in achieving strong sales results & expertise in customer service Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Physical Requirements:
lifting up to 15lbs and walking/standing for 8-10 hours Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify.
Compensation & Schedule:
Base +
Uncapped Commission:
Earning potential $60,000-$75,000 annually
Full-time:
must be available to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
Benefits:
85% Employer-Subsidized Medical, in addition, we offer Dental & Vision Insurance 401 (k) plan with a 4%
Match Unlimited PTO Device & Phone Stipend Annual Incentive Retreat:
All-inclusive paid destination retreat for those who reach the summit of sales excellence
Requirements:
