Pool Sales & Design Representative
- Copano Pools & Spas New Braunfels, TX Base Salary + Commission | $75K
- 150K+ (Performance-Based) Company Vehicle Provided | Qualified Leads Provided Are you a motivated and personable sales professional with a passion for outdoor living? Copano Pools & Spas , a leading fiberglass pool builder in the Coastal Bend, is seeking an experienced and driven Pool Sales & Design Representative to join our growing team. - Employer pays required dues for BNI or similar professional networking groups What You'll Do Meet with prospective homeowners to understand their pool and outdoor living goals Design custom pool and backyard solutions that fit client needs and budgets Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation to contract Prepare proposals, pricing, and designs using a consultative sales approach Maintain clear communication with clients, designers, and project managers Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and project progress Actively network within the community to generate referrals and build long-term relationships Represent Copano Pools & Spas in a BNI or similar professional networking organization What We're Looking For Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred and strongly encouraged Proven sales experience required (pool, outdoor living, construction, or home improvement preferred) Pool design experience preferred , or willingness to learn design software Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing a sales pipeline Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills Willingness to join and actively participate in BNI or a similar networking group Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided) Join Our Team At Copano Pools & Spas , we don't just build pools—we create backyard escapes families enjoy for years.
