In-Home Bathroom & Flooring Lead Generator

DFW Restorations Enterprise is seeking a motivated and outgoing Bathroom & Flooring Lead Generator to help grow our remodeling sales division. This role is responsible for creating interest, speaking with potential customers, identifying bathroom and flooring project opportunities, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, dependable, and comfortable speaking with homeowners about bathroom remodels, flooring replacement, walk-in showers, tile work, and interior remodeling services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and helping generate new business. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads for bathroom remodeling, flooring, shower upgrades, tile installation, and interior remodeling projects. Speak with homeowners in person, by phone, at events, in stores, or through company marketing opportunities. Identify customer needs, project interest, timeline, budget, and contact information. Educate potential customers on DFW Restorations Enterprise's services and the benefits of scheduling a consultation. Set appointments for the sales representative to meet with customers. Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled. Maintain accurate lead notes, appointment details, customer information, and follow-up status. Represent the company professionally at all times. Support sales representatives by helping keep the lead pipeline active and organized. Attend company meetings, training, and promotional events when needed. Services You Will Help Promote Bathroom remodeling Walk-in showers Tub-to-shower conversions Flooring installation Luxury vinyl plank, tile, laminate, and engineered wood flooring Shower tile and bathroom tile upgrades Kitchen and interior remodeling Restoration-related reconstruction services Ideal Candidate The right candidate should be energetic, professional, and comfortable starting conversations with homeowners. We are looking for someone who can create interest, ask good questions, collect accurate information, and help turn conversations into scheduled appointments. This position is a strong fit for someone with experience in: Home improvement lead generation Retail sales Appointment setting Customer service Canvassing Event marketing Flooring or remodeling sales support Real estate or property services Restoration or construction sales support Qualifications Previous lead generation, sales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred. Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable speaking with homeowners and asking qualifying questions. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Ability to follow up consistently. Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Basic phone, text, email, and CRM skills preferred. Reliable transportation required if attending events, stores, or in-home opportunities. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
