Position Purpose:
The Inside Sales Rep of Strategic Accounts supports strategic accounts through proactive outbound outreach, product upselling, project support, and issue resolution while carrying a defined revenue growth goal. This role partners closely with outside sales and internal teams to expand account penetration, drive incremental revenue, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth within assigned key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and project-based opportunities
Focused on building relationships and cultivating business through key relationships developed
Conduct proactive outbound calls and email outreach to identify and develop new opportunities
Support customer projects from initial inquiry through completion
Assist with product selection, quoting, order management, and follow-up
Collaborate with outside sales representatives, specialists, and internal teams
Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and account data
Directly and indirectly responsible for product quality.
Other duties as assigned. Performance Measures Revenue growth vs. assigned quota

Customer satisfaction and retention Qualifications Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
2-5 years of inside sales, account support, or customer-facing experience (B2B preferred)
Proven ability to manage outbound sales activity and support revenue growth
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
Growth-oriented and proactive
Customer-focused with a commercial mindset
Detail-oriented and organized
