Job Description

Are you a motivated, customer-focused professional with a proven track record in automotive sales? West Texas Nissan is seeking an Experienced Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending the right Nissan vehicle. Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process—from first contact to final delivery. Stay up to date on Nissan product knowledge, incentives, and financing options. Generate repeat and referral business through follow-up and long-term customer care. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while supporting the dealership's overall success.
What We're Looking For:
Proven success in automotive sales (minimum 1 year preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
