We support customers with the equipment, tooling, and operational service needed to keep field work moving safely and efficiently. This role is a strong fit for someone who takes pride in keeping operations organized, equipment ready, and service teams supported. As a Field Service Inside Sales team member, you will play an important part in helping field service activity run smoothly by coordinating equipment readiness, maintaining documentation accuracy, and supporting day-to-day warehouse and yard operations. Responsibilities Support wellhead technicians in preparation, load out, and unloading of equipment and tooling for field service activities. Ensure equipment, tooling, and service equipment meet sales order and dispatch requirements. Ensure returned service tickets are complete and up to standards. Reconcile inventory from service tickets to warehouse. Load and unload wellhead equipment, valves, flanges, spools, tools, and technicians' vehicles. Maintain a safe and clean yard and warehouse. Clean, organize, and stage equipment for field jobs. Pull orders and prepare shipments. Assist with inventory counts and material tracking. Band, palletize, crate, and secure equipment. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes. Wash, inspect, and pressure-clean returned equipment. Sign off on equipment staged and loaded onto service trucks. Document components, quantities, descriptions, and condition of equipment before dispatch and upon return. Assist with documenting and tracking rental equipment before and after field use. Occasionally assist lead technicians with installation, testing, and maintenance of wellhead equipment, tooling, and systems. Maintain communication with field service managers, dispatch, and technicians regarding equipment discrepancies and missing, worn, or broken rental tooling and equipment. Requirements
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED, or a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Experience with wellhead equipment and drilling and production equipment.
Basic computer skills. Eligible to work in the United States. Able to regularly lift and move heavy equipment and materials, including up to 50 pounds, stand for up to 12-hour shifts, and work in a warehouse environment with occasional exposure to loud noise, heavy equipment, temperature extremes, electrical equipment, high-pressure testing, and outdoor weather.
PREFERED SKILLS
Experience with ERP systems such as Fishbowl, NetSuite, or SAP. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
