Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting solutions, driving sales, and assisting with real estate paperwork or processes related to affordable housing. Qualifications Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven ability to meet sales targets Knowledge of Real Estate and Affordable Housing sectors Experience with Social Media for marketing and customer engagement Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Previous experience in a housing or retail industry role is a plus A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous
