We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and strengthen relationships within the oil & gas industry. Position Summary The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with operations teams, and helping position the company for continued growth in both trucking and construction services. This role requires someone who understands the fast-paced nature of oilfield operations and can effectively communicate with customers, dispatch, field personnel, and management. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with oil & gas operators, superintendents, foremen, and field contacts Identify new business opportunities for trucking and construction services Coordinate with operations and dispatch to ensure customer needs are met Assist in preparing bids and proposals for construction and service work Follow up on customer concerns and ensure service quality Monitor market activity and competitor services Maintain regular communication with management regarding opportunities and customer needs Represent the company professionally in the field and during customer interactions Preferred Qualifications Experience in oilfield services, trucking, construction, or related industries Existing relationships within the Permian Basin preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Understanding of trucking, dispatch, or oilfield operations is highly preferred Ability to work independently and manage priorities Experience with bidding, estimating, or customer account management is a plus Valid driver's license required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Takes initiative Communicates professionally Understands urgency and accountability Works well with both field and office personnel Can build trust with customers and internal teams Wants to grow with a long-term company Compensation & Benefits Flexible Pay Package Commission/bonus opportunities Vehicle allowance Opportunity for long-term growth within the company Serious applicants please submit a resume and feel free to reach out to Rio Services General Manager about the position.
