In this role, you will be the face of our company, driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Paid training will be provided to ensure your success from day one! This is a base salary+ commission type of job. Duties Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Conduct upselling by presenting additional options that enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume Manage route driving responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of products to various locations while maintaining safety standards Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Utilize strong communication skills to explain product features, pricing details, and promotional offers clearly and confidently Vehicle intake and check to make sure it is ready for sale Assist mechanics with ordering parts and ensuring vehicle repairs are done on time Qualifications Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential Valid driver's license with clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is a plus Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations, discounts, and inventory management Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during merchandising or stock replenishment tasks Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Organizational skills for managing routes, schedules, and inventory records accurately Knowledge of military discipline or experience can be advantageous for maintaining focus and professionalism in fast-paced environments Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement.
