Job Description

Maverick Windows is hiring a Canvass Manager over the next few weeks. The position will be filled by a driven, ambitious individual who is self-motivated to create a solid financial foundation and long term career for themselves.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a team of 4-6 canvassers. Recruit, hire and train a team that gets results Coach, develop, demonstrate and motivate each canvasser Oversee all aspects of the canvassing lead generator Lead by example exemplifying professional conduct and behavior Mapping, permits, payroll and other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma, or equivalent 1 Year Door to Door Experience 1 Year Team Management and Team Building Experience Valid driver's license Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Professional, clean and appearance Must show leadership to the overall success of the team Able to meet and exceed performance metrics Must pass pre-employment background check
