Key Responsibilities Build new B2B relationships through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and local business development activities. Manage and grow existing accounts with a focus on long-term client success and retention. Use a consultative sales approach to align managed IT, commercial AV, managed print, and business process automation solutions with customer needs. Partner with internal technical specialists to support demonstrations, proposals, scopes of work, and solution recommendations. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, customer updates, and sales reporting. Consistently work toward revenue goals while leveraging leadership coaching, training, and internal support resources.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$80,000 to $160,000 per year. Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Typical first-year on-target earnings:
