is a local party and event rental company located in Pharr, TX . Since 2007, we've proudly served the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, Kingsville, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas with bounce houses, water slides, tents, tables, chairs, and event rentals. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with clients. Position Overview The Outside Sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining client relationships while securing new business opportunities across schools, churches, companies, and community organizations. This role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a customer-first attitude . You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Job Requirements Previous sales experience (outside sales or B2B preferred). Strong networking and relationship-building skills . Excellent communication and presentation abilities . Basic computer skills (email, CRM/data entry, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Flexible schedule , including availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Build strong relationships with schools, churches, companies, and community organizations. Meet with clients to present rental options and create customized event solutions. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals . Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts. Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth event execution.
