We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base and serve our community. Position Overview We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and working closely with our production team to ensure projects are completed successfully from concept to installation. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients Work closely with design and production teams to ensure project accuracy and timelines Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay informed on signage products, materials, and industry trends Qualifications Previous sales experience (signage, printing, construction, or related industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Basic understanding of design concepts is a plus Proficiency with CRM systems or willingness to learn Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive base pay + uncapped commission Performance-based bonuses Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive and creative team environment Hands-on experience in the sign and graphics industry How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your sales experience and why you would be a great fit for Sign Depot.
