Job Description

About ProBuild Construction Co. ProBuild Construction Co. is a Plano, TX based outdoor living contractor. We design and build pergolas, paver patios, artificial turf installations, natural stone work, and custom outdoor kitchens for homeowners across the DFW Metroplex. We are hiring ONE bilingual (English / Spanish) Outside Sales Representative to take warm leads, run in-home consultations, and close projects. Compensation
  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • 100% commission, paid on each project signed
  • 9% of contract value (escalators on tickets over $35,000)
  • Realistic first-year earnings: $75,000
  • $130,000
  • Top performers: $180,000+
  • Average ticket size: $15,000
  • $30,000 (outdoor kitchens up to $35,000+)
  • 3-4 closed deals per month = $90k
  • 120k annual What You Will Do
  • Run company-provided leads and self-generated leads in the DFW area
  • Meet homeowners on-site, measure the project, and design the outdoor space
  • Build estimates and present proposals
  • Follow up and close deals
  • Hand off signed projects to our production team and stay involved through completion What We Are Looking For
  • Bilingual:
    fluent in English AND Spanish (required
  • large portion of our client base is Spanish-speaking)
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (construction, remodeling, hardscape, roofing, solar, or home improvement preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver's license
  • Smartphone and laptop / tablet
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with commission-only structure
  • Knowledge of pergolas, pavers, turf, stone, or outdoor kitchens is a strong plus What We Provide

  • Established brand with strong reviews in Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper Territory DFW Metroplex, based out of Plano, TX (75074).
