Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, promoting our inventory and services. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Provide sales support by assisting customers with product information, financing options, and trade-in evaluations. Maintain accurate inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring proper display on the lot. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or setting appointments with clients. Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall dealership performance. Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Qualifications Proven experience in outbound sales or retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent math skills for calculating financing options, trade-in values, and payment plans. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
