We are seeking a highly motivated business Manager who can oversee daily operations, convert consultation leads into booked procedures, and assist with practice marketing. This role combines practice management, patient coordination, sales, and marketing to help grow the practice while providing an exceptional patient experience. Duties Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including face-to-face consultations. Manage day-to-day office operations Supervise front desk and clinical support staff Ensure excellent patient service and satisfaction Maintain scheduling efficiency and provider productivity Monitor office supplies, vendors, and workflow processes Track key performance indicators (KPIs) Respond to new patient inquiries by phone, text, email, and social media. Schedule cosmetic consultations Follow up on leads promptly Present procedure pricing and financing options Convert consultations into booked surgeries and treatments Maintain patient relationship management (CRM) records Track consultation-to-surgery conversion rates Manage social media content and engagement Coordinate with marketing agencies and vendors Assist with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns Generate and monitor online reviews Develop referral relationships with local businesses and healthcare providers Plan and execute promotional events and open houses Monitor marketing ROI and lead sources Verify insurance when applicable Manage patient records and documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies Collaborate with medical professionals and support staff to coordinate consultations, appointments, and follow-up care.
Requirements:
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage client relationships and close sales Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations confidently Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Must be social media savvy Leadership qualities that inspire trust and motivate clients toward decision-making Customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
