What You'll Do This role combines high-level sales with light project management responsibilities. Your primary responsibility is generating and closing new business. The most successful reps are confident communicators who enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and helping homeowners restore one of their most valuable investments. Sales ability is the #1 predictor of success in this position. Project management can be taught, and we provide extensive systems, SOPs, leadership support, and training platforms to help you succeed. What We Provide Weekly Zoom trainings (2x per week) Weekly "War Room" roleplay and coaching sessions Leadership mentorship and guidance Storm-tracking platforms to identify hot areas Proven sales systems and scripts Full project management SOP training Ongoing competitions, incentives, and company trips Flexible schedule Commission-based opportunity with extremely high income potential.
