In-Office Only Position Overview Propelr is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, handling key administrative tasks and assisting with customer communications and order processing to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Sales & Admin Support:
Assist our inside sales team with daily administrative tasks, schedule meetings, and help prepare sales documentation, quotes, and proposals
CRM & Data Management:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer records within our
CRM Order Management:
Process customer orders, track fulfillment status, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery
Customer Care:
Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing updates on orders, shipments, and account details
Reporting:
Generate routine sales reports to help the team track performance and metrics Qualifications What You Need (Required) High school diploma or equivalent A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset Basic computer proficiency, including proven experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What We'd Love to See (Preferred) Previous experience in customer service, retail, or an administrative role Prior exposure to CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or data entry management Benefits (The good stuff!)
