Key Responsibilities:

Present repair solutions, review insurance approvals, and secure signed repair agreements Maintain communication throughout the repair process to ensure satisfaction. Secure repair approvals with $0 out-of-pocket costs for customers. Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecast pipeline activity Contribute to a high-energy team while achieving personal and team goals.

Requirements:

Proven ability to influence, close, and manage customer relationships Motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Passionate about the automotive industry and delivering exceptional service. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required— comprehensive training provided!
