In this role, you will be responsible for generating new revenue, converting inquiries into booked appointments, and driving measurable growth within our clinic. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients while playing a critical role in closing sales, increasing memberships, and maximizing retail and add on revenue. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a results oriented environment and wants their income tied directly to performance. You will combine sales expertise, follow up discipline, and client relationship building to make a direct impact on clinic growth in a fast paced aesthetic setting. We are in an expansion phase with plans to scale into multiple locations and long term franchising. We are building with intention and seeking high performance individuals who want to grow into leadership as the company grows. Core Responsibilities Own the full lead conversion process from initial inquiry to booked appointment and confirmed treatment plan with Aesthetix CRM Maintain consistent follow up with all open leads until a clear outcome is achieved Confidently present pricing, packages, and financing options Close memberships and long term treatment programs Increase average transaction value through strategic add on recommendations at check in Drive retail revenue through consultative product recommendations Track pipeline performance and manage lead stages within CRM systems Meet and exceed defined monthly revenue production targets Maintain a high standard of professionalism and client experience Qualifications Minimum two years of proven sales experience required Documented history of meeting or exceeding measurable sales goals Strong objection handling and closing skills Comfortable discussing investment levels and guiding clients toward decisions High follow up discipline and pipeline management skills Performance driven mindset with strong personal accountability Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target oriented environment Experience in aesthetics, medical services, high ticket wellness, or luxury services preferred Compensation Base pay of $20 per hour plus uncapped performance based commission. High performers have significant earning potential. $100 per membership sold 5% on services and add ons 10% on retail Incentive based complimentary treatments at MNML Med Spa Clear revenue benchmarks tied directly to earning potential Comprehensive paid training on services and sales systems Career growth opportunities into Senior Sales, Sales Training, and Corporate Leadership roles as MNML expands Estimated earnings begin at $50,000+ annually with strong upside for high performers.
