This isn't that. You'll talk to people who already raised their hand — they found us through our content, watched our patients' transformations, and asked for a consultation. They show up to your video call warm, curious, and emotionally invested in changing their smile. Your job isn't to convince a stranger they have a problem. It's to be the trusted guide who helps someone who already wants this feel safe enough to say yes. Our average case is in the $10,000-$50,000+ range, treatment is cash-pay, and our patients invest in confidence — not "teeth." If you're great at high-ticket, emotionally intelligent selling and you want a seat where the leads are warm, the product is genuinely life-changing, and your earnings aren't capped, keep reading. You do not need dental experience. We'll teach you the clinical side. If you can build trust fast, read people, and guide an emotional, high-dollar decision with empathy and confidence, we can teach you everything about veneers and implants. What you'll actually do This is a lean, high-performing practice — not a corporate clinic with ten people for every task. You'll own the patient's journey from first conversation to start date, and you'll wear a few hats to do it. For the right person, that's the appeal: it's your pipeline, your numbers, your wins. Run scheduled video consultations with new cosmetic patients who came to us interested and ready to learn Review their photos and smile on camera, and draw out what they really want — the goal, the insecurity, the reason now Explain treatment options (veneers, crowns, implants, full smile makeovers) in simple, human language — using the training and scripts we give you Present treatment plans, fees, and financing with confidence and warmth — never pushy, never discounting the quality of care Handle the real conversations around cost, timing, and "let me think about it" with empathy, not pressure Own the follow-up — phone, text, email — to keep cases moving (chasing the case is part of closing; the money is in the follow-up) Coordinate next steps with the doctor and team (records, consult visits, start dates) Keep every conversation and status clean and current in our CRM so no case slips Work directly with the founder/dentist to sharpen your case presentation and close rate over time Who we're looking for You might be a perfect fit even if you've never set foot in a dental office.
