Our goal is simple:
make the process easier, smoother, and less stressful from the first phone call to the final box. We're looking for a motivated, people-oriented individual who wants more than just a job. We want someone who is excited to grow with a company that is investing in its future and looking for team members who want to be part of that journey. This is NOT a cold-calling position. Every lead comes to us. Your job is to respond quickly, build trust, guide customers through the moving process, and help turn inquiries into booked moves. Compensation $36,000 base salary ($3,000/month) Performance-based commission on booked revenue Additional monthly performance bonuses Significant earning growth as the company expands Potential first-year earnings: $42,000-$55,000+ Why Join Webster Moving Co.? Established local company with a strong reputation High volume of inbound leads—no cold calling Direct impact on company growth Clear path to increased responsibility and earnings Work directly with ownership Fun, supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to help shape the future of the company What You'll Do Answer inbound calls, messages, and website inquiries Build and send moving estimates using our CRM Follow up consistently with leads and customers Coordinate scheduling with moving crews Deliver exceptional customer service Help maximize booking rates and customer satisfaction Schedule Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week) Typical workday begins at 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday We value work-life balance, but occasional weekends may be needed during busy periods. What Success Looks Like Fast response times Consistent lead follow-up Strong booking and close rates Organized sales pipeline Happy customers and positive reviews What We're Looking For Excellent communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving environment Sales or customer service experience preferred Bonus Points Experience in moving, logistics, transportation, or home services CRM experience Experience handling customer inquiries by phone College Degree The Right Person You're someone who enjoys talking to people, takes ownership of your work, follows through, and wants to grow.
