The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, including cold calling and upselling, while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Duties Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales from existing accounts.
Sales Presentation:
Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of roofing products and services
Client Interaction:
Meet with clients, representing the values of our business, assessing their roofing needs, providing estimates and closing sales Utilize various software tools for proposal presentations, tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage accounts effectively, ensuring all client needs are met and expectations exceeded. Participate in outside sales activities, including attending trade shows and networking events. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Qualifications Proven experience in sales is required. Strong skills in account management and customer service are essential. Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully. Familiarity with software tools related to sales tracking and customer relationship management is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach to selling. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A strong work ethic with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
