Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process with confidence and professionalism. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help you build lasting relationships, upsell effectively, and contribute to a thriving sales environment. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B sales strategies, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs while upselling additional products or services Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently by leveraging excellent negotiation skills and understanding of retail math and inventory management Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within CRM software to track progress, follow up effectively, and optimize sales support activities Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate vehicle availability information is communicated to customers Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette, in-person interactions, and multilingual communication when applicable Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that attract high-end clientele and increase dealership visibility Skills Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in bilingual or multilingual settings Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively Demonstrated success in outbound sales, cold calling, upselling, and B2B sales environments Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple client interactions simultaneously while maintaining detailed records Ability to deliver compelling public speaking presentations for marketing events or dealership promotions Proficiency in customer service best practices along with phone etiquette for professional outreach and follow-up efforts Join us as an Automotive Salesperson where your energy fuels success!
