B2B OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE SAN ANTONIO, TX JOB SUMMARY
In this role, you will drive new business growth throughout the San Antonio market by developing relationships with local businesses and securing new uniform rental and workplace service accounts. The B2B Outside Sales Representative supports company growth through proactive prospecting, face-to-face business development, consultative selling, and territory management. This position plays a critical role in expanding market share, increasing revenue, and delivering customized solutions to business customers across a variety of industries.

Pay Range:
$55,000 - $62,500 annually
DOE Commission:
Monthly commission opportunities
Bonus:
Quarterly performance bonuses
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00

B2B OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
Prospect and cold call businesses throughout the San Antonio area to generate new sales opportunities Conduct discovery meetings, facility tours, and needs assessments with business decision-makers Present customized service solutions, proposals, cost analyses, and product demonstrations Negotiate service agreements and close new business opportunities to achieve territory sales goals Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up activity Manage prospect, account, opportunity, and activity information within Salesforce CRM Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of new customer accounts Represent the company professionally while building strong business relationships within the local market
B2B OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED:
Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to reliably commute throughout the San Antonio area Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements, which may include a criminal background check and drug test Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance Minimum two (2) years of successful sales experience with demonstrated performance results Proven experience in prospecting, cold calling, business development, or new account acquisition Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to comfortably interact face-to-face with business owners, managers, and decision-makers daily Strong time management, organization, and territory management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Self-motivated, coachable, resilient, and highly driven to achieve goals
