Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. Conduct detailed product presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact through closing, ensuring a smooth customer journey. Negotiate deals effectively, balancing customer satisfaction with dealership profitability. Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, insurance, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress. Support inventory management by coordinating with the dealership team to ensure vehicle availability and proper stock control. Engage in outbound sales activities including cold calling and B2B (business-to-business) outreach to expand customer base. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to connect with prospects and existing clients professionally. Participate in marketing initiatives and public speaking events to promote dealership offerings within the community. Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging a broader audience. Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory control systems, and retail math principles. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and follow-up activities. Outstanding communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities. Ability to perform outbound calls, cold calling campaigns, and B2B outreach confidently. High-energy attitude combined with a customer service mindset focused on delivering memorable experiences.
