Our client is expanding its in-store sales team in San Antonio and is looking for motivated individuals to join upcoming retail campaigns taking place inside busy retail and shopping locations across the city. This opportunity combines customer interaction, promotions, and sales support within lively retail environments where personality, communication, and energy play a big part in day-to-day success. The role is ideal for people who enjoy working with others and prefer active, people-focused work over repetitive desk-based positions. About the Role As an In-Store Sales Representative, you'll be positioned inside high-footfall retail environments speaking directly with customers, introducing current products and services, and helping create positive customer experiences. You'll work closely with a supportive team while gaining hands-on experience in communication, sales, and customer engagement. What You'll Be Doing Speaking with customers face-to-face throughout the day Demonstrating products, services, and promotional offers Answering customer questions and building rapport Assisting with customer sign-ups and registrations Creating engaging customer experiences within retail environments Working alongside a team to achieve campaign goals Maintaining a professional and positive brand presence Work Environment Campaigns are based in: Retail stores Shopping centres Pop-up retail locations High-traffic customer environments Promotional retail events throughout San Antonio This is a fully in-person role with a strong focus on customer interaction and teamwork.
