Great place to work with over 35 locations spread throughout 14 different states. Experience in sales and construction is not a must but is preferred. Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is beneficial Civil, paving, and tilt-up construction experience is a strong plus Existing contractor relationships in the San Antonio market are beneficial Extremely motivated and upbeat personality is a must Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile is key Ability to participate effectively as a team member Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to identify opportunities and grow existing accounts Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field Want to be a part of a growing employee-owned company?
