Job Summary WOW Wash Our Work LLC is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company serving San Antonio and surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Business Development Representative to help us grow our commercial cleaning accounts. Duties Visit local businesses, generate leads, schedule walkthroughs, distribute marketing materials, follow up with prospects, maintain lead tracking, and build relationships with business owners and property managers. Daily Expectations 20 outbound calls, 5 in-person business visits, 10 follow-up contacts, qualified estimate opportunities, and daily activity reports. Target Industries Medical Offices, Dental Offices, Apartment Communities, Property Management Companies, Churches, Daycares, Office Buildings, Warehouses, Retail Centers, Auto Dealerships, and Professional Offices. Requirements Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, smartphone, professional appearance, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and sales/customer service experience Preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. Leads generated, walkthroughs scheduled, estimates completed, new commercial accounts Acquired, and recurring monthly revenue generated. Experience Proven experience in outside sales. Strong background in marketing strategies and lead generation techniques. Bilingual skills are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases effectively. Demonstrated success in door-to-door sales, technical sales, or business development roles.
