Project Coordinator/Sales San Antonio, TX 78217 Full-time Full-time Project Coordinator/Salesman Job Summary We are seeking skilled, motivated Estimating Coordinator to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing estimators and the entire bidding process. You must have keen attention to detail, excellent customer service, verbal, written and organizational skills. You will be coordinating estimating projects from a bird's-eye view in order to set our client's expectations accurately and will be developing and maintaining a positive relationship with all clients and vendors. Estimator Duties and Responsibilities Negotiate difficult contracts. Will need to be able to have complete understanding of contracts and the application Prepare purchase orders, change orders and ensure contract requirements are maintained (insurance, bonds and submittals) Working knowledge and application of basic estimating and quantity take-offs Approve and prepare all scope changes Responsible for all documentation of each project and working with Project Managers to take the job to completion. Participate in negotiation of scope of work Understand and effectively respond to all customers needs and concerns Review pricing of all estimators and projects Review bids, follow-up with contractors and negotiate bids when necessary Assist management with communication and sales with contractors Estimator Requirements and Qualifications Construction Project Management experience Estimating experience a plus Office 365 software knowledge Stack software knowledge a plus Basic knowledge of construction plans Professional appearance Spanish speaking a plus Ability to operate independently and with a team Interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills Time management skills
