  • About the Role
  • MiniMed is seeking dynamic Senior Inside Sales Representatives to engage and convert new and existing patient leads across our full portfolio of diabetes care products.
In this role, you will connect with patients through inbound and outbound interactions, applying strong sales acumen, customer engagement skills, lead management, and product expertise to guide patients through the decision-making process and deliver an exceptional patient experience. As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth while helping patients access life-changing diabetes technology. If you are coachable, resilient, results-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that is building, growing, and winning — this is your opportunity to accelerate your career while helping change lives. + Engage with patients through inbound and outbound interactions, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their diabetes care journey + Convert new and existing leads into customers through consultative, solution-oriented conversations that drive meaningful patient outcomes + Independently manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline while balancing responsiveness, follow-up, and conversion goals + Apply strong product, therapy, and industry knowledge to address complex patient questions and overcome objections + Partner closely with field sales teams and cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless and high-quality patient experience + Support onboarding and development of newer team members by sharing best practices and contributing to a high-performance sales culture + Maintain accurate documentation, execute daily outreach activities (30+ calls per day), and consistently achieve performance and productivity metrics + Identify opportunities to improve processes, patient experience, and conversion effectiveness in a fast-paced environment

  • Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM +
  • Training Start Date:
  • Paid training begins June 22, 2026 +
  • Training Requirement:
  • Must be available on-site from June 22 through July 21, 2026 +
  • Compensation:
  • Competitive hourly pay at $23/hour plus incentive opportunity ($15K+ annually)
  • Minimum Qualifications (Required)
  • To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum qualifications are clearly reflected on your resume. + High School Diploma or equivalent AND 5+ years of relevant experience + OR Associate's Degree AND 3+ years of relevant experience + OR Bachelor's Degree AND 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience includes sales or customer support experience within the diabetes, medical device, medtech, healthcare, or other regulated industries. _Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may also be considered._
  • Preferred Qualifications

PR) locations (USD):$47,840.00 The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
