Job Description

- MiniMed is seeking dynamic Senior Inside Sales Representatives to engage and convert new and existing patient leads across our full portfolio of diabetes care products.

Location:
- On-site - 18302 Talavera Ridge, San Antonio, TX +
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM +
Training Start Date:
- Paid training begins June 22, 2026 +
Training Requirement:
- Must be available on-site from June 22 through July 21, 2026 +
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay at $23/hour plus incentive opportunity ($15K+ annually)
- Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum qualifications are clearly reflected on your resume. + High School Diploma or equivalent AND 5+ years of relevant experience + OR Associate's Degree AND 3+ years of relevant experience + OR Bachelor's Degree AND 1+ years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience includes sales or customer support experience within the diabetes, medical device, medtech, healthcare, or other regulated industries. _Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may also be considered._
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Prior MiniMed, diabetes industry, or direct diabetes competitor experience strongly preferred + 2+ years of diabetes or medical device inside sales experience preferred + Prior experience selling diabetes-related products preferred + Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer interactions and drive conversion outcomes + Competitive drive with a strong desire to win and deliver results + Ability to lead impactful conversations that move patients to action + Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment + Strong collaboration skills and a team-first approach + Accountability, attention to detail, and ownership of outcomes + Bachelor's Degree preferred \#BetterDaysStartNow •Physical Job Requirements•The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
