AFTERMARKET SALES LEAD
Progressive Water Treatement 5225 West Houston Street, Sherman, TX 75092 From $60,000 a year - Full-time From $60,000 a year - Full-time PWT is building the next phase of its business around recurring aftermarket revenue, consumables, service relationships, and installed-base customer growth. We are looking for an Aftermarket Sales Lead to help build and grow that engine. This is not a corporate sales role and not a heavily layered organization. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to build customer relationships, grow recurring business, and help shape a growing industrial services platform. The right person will be energized by building a book of business, developing long-term customer relationships, and creating recurring revenue opportunities across chemicals, membranes, filters, media, service support, and aftermarket solutions. This role is onsite and focused on the Sherman, TX region and surrounding markets.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build and grow recurring aftermarket customer relationships Develop business across existing and new accounts Work directly with industrial and commercial customers Help expand PWT's recurring revenue platform Coordinate with operations and leadership on customer needs Build long-term account value, not just one-time sales
What We're Looking For:
Self-starter mentality Comfortable building from scratch Strong relationship and communication skills Comfortable working in a smaller, fast-moving environment Industrial, water/wastewater, HVAC, mechanical, chemical, service, or related sales experience preferred Comfortable with customer visits and field interaction Someone who wants ownership and growth opportunity
