Sherman/Denison Area, TX RPM Staffing is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Paint Sales Estimator & Project Consultant to join our team in the Sherman/Denison area. Position Overview In this role, you will meet with clients (residential and/or commercial), assess painting project needs, prepare accurate estimates and proposals, and close sales. You will serve as the primary point of contact, helping customers scope their projects while representing the company professionally. This is a field-based sales position with strong earning potential for self-driven individuals. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site visits to evaluate project scope, take measurements, and assess painting requirements Prepare detailed, competitive cost estimates and proposals for painting projects Present estimates to clients, answer questions, and close sales Build and maintain strong customer relationships Identify and pursue new business opportunities (self-generated leads) Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction Track sales activities, bids, and customer interactions Requirements Previous outside sales experience is required Previous construction or painting experience is helpful but not required — comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently in the field while representing the company professionally

Compensation Training Period:

Weekly pay of $750 per week

Post-Training:

Commission-only structure 8% commission on the cost of all jobs you bid 12% commission on the cost of all jobs you bring in yourself This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced outside salesperson looking for uncapped earning potential in the painting industry.
