We want a Sales Representative to join our team who is excited to sell events and packages at a state-of-the-art entertainment center. We are looking for a Sales Representative to sell events to customers and communicate the event details to operations . You'll ensure events are successful and leave guests wanting to book their next gathering. You'll spend time in the field speaking with businesses and schools about potential events generating new sales. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance. This job offers a base salary + uncapped commissions quarterly after reaching discussed quotas. Responsibilities Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives Come up with suggestions for the guest to enhance the event's itinerary Sales in field to increase corporate and school bookings Communicate with operations about event itineraries for proper execution Confirm all aspects before the day of the event Analyze the event's success and prepare reports Report to Facility General Manager Report to Corporate Marketing and Sales team to coordinate initiatives and brainstorm new ideas. Skills Proven experience as sales representative Skilled in project management Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office Outstanding communication and negotiation ability Excellent organizational skills A knack for problem-solving Customer-service orientation A team player with leadership skills Sales, marketing, or related field experience is required
