Inbound Sales Coordinator (Appointment Setting) Aurora Lights Spring, TX Job Details Full-time From $18 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Paid training Paid time off Qualifications Interpersonal skills Customer service Dispatching Attention to detail Appointment scheduling Office experience Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Inbound Sales Coordinator (Appointment Setting) Aurora Lights is hiring an organized, upbeat, fast-moving office team member to handle inbound leads, make outbound follow-up calls, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This is an in-office position for someone who is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, coachable, and able to move quickly without letting things slip.
Pay:
$18/hour base pay with performance bonus opportunities. Top performers can earn $22-$24+/hour effective pay based on appointment setting performance, speed-to-lead, and show rate.
What You'll Do:
Answer inbound calls from homeowners interested in permanent lighting Call new leads quickly when they come in Follow up with leads who do not answer Qualify homeowners before booking appointments Schedule new leads on the calendar in Jobber Route appointments efficiently based on location and availability Add accurate notes in Jobber and the CRM Send appointment confirmations and reminders Track daily performance metrics Work directly under Kristen and follow office systems, scripts, and
SOPs What Success Looks Like:
New leads are contacted within minutes Appointments are booked accurately Jobber notes are clean and complete Follow-up calls are made consistently Customers receive a friendly, professional experience Sales reps are scheduled efficiently No leads are left untouched
What We're Looking For:
Strong phone communication skills Friendly, confident, upbeat personality Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable making outbound calls Able to follow scripts and processes Coachable and open to feedback Fast-paced and able to multitask Comfortable using computers, calendars, CRM systems, and office software Previous office, customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or appointment-setting experience preferred This Role Is a
