The Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative is responsible for preparing and submitting quotations, processing customer orders, providing customer support, and expediting orders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Inside Sales Rep Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit customer quotations
• Process and enter customer orders accurately
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Expedite orders and provide order status updates
• Supply proof of delivery, shipment details, and other customer-requested documentation
• Maintain strong customer relationships through timely and professional communication
• Monitor and maintain consignment inventory levels
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to verify inventory requirements
• Arrange replenishment of inventory as needed
• Answer incoming telephone calls as required
• Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) Requirements for

Inside Sales Rep:

• Ability to read and write in English or Spanish
• Understanding of and commitment to quality standards, environmental requirements and occupational health and safety policies
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of inside sales, customer service, or order processing experience preferred
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, spreadsheet software (Excel or similar). database systems and accounting software
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite (or current company ERP platform)
• Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
