Minimum requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Understand Drop-Shipping and Lead Times Must be comfortable taking orders over the phone Excellent at building and managing client relationships Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work Essential duties/responsibilities: Provide great customer service and enhance customer engagement Serve as a contact for all welding supply inquiries, escalating requests to respective sales team member as required Identify and communicate customer's need for add-on sales when warranted Input quotes, and sales orders into ERP system Prepare customer quotes and sales orders Reconcile purchases and sales Develop expertise in welding products to provide informed support Other duties as assigned or required About the
