You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Responsibilities Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. ) Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): door to door sales for salons and spas, Facebook group maintenance for orders, following up on client orders, and speaking to clients over the phone or in person at the store location in Sugar Land. You will be expected to drive yourself for salon consulting, gas and mileage not included. Pay is sales and commission based. We are looking for someone with experience in this field and preferably experience with the particular product lines we carry. We will provide in store training at a reduced pay rate as well as route training with the sales manager with reduced pay. We are only looking to hire full-time. Tues-Fri are out in the field. Mondays may be in store or remote work-you will be informed ahead of time. You may be expected to go on sales calls/routes with other vendor representatives. You may be expected to make some deliveries for your clients. You will be expected to submit daily log sheets and sales updates.
